First Electric Grant
We were so pleased to receive our very first grant from our First Electric Company! Thank you for the support First Electric and all those that "round up"to help support our communities! We received $1500!

Greers Ferry Chamber of Commerce
Skate the Lake received a $100 donation for our "Glow Skate" for candy and prizes. Unfortunately, the weather caused us to postpone the outdoor event, but we still shared the goodies with Trunk or Treaters at the local Holiday Hills Methodist Church. Car Wash & Bake Sale
We were so excited at our first fundraising event Car Wash & Bake Sale! Our community pulled together and donated baked goods for us to sell and also came out to Gert their cars shined up! We raised a little over $1,000 and it was amazing to see the kids come volunteer their time on a Saturday!
On going donation boxes in our local stores have been a great way to keep the momentum growing throughout the year. We are so thankful to the local businesses, local people and visitors that have kept the boxes from being empty and filling up our savings for Skate the Lake!
Rock 2 Roll BBQ & Jam Benefit

Our team and some local donors, musicians, groceries and resteraunts came together and donated food, music & prizes to ticket holders to help support our efforts! We raised $2500.00! Thank you to all that helped in this extremely hot outdoor event!
With the help of a local clothier, Giggles & Marshmallows and donation from Diana and Aubrey Holloway, we were able to get t shirts printed before the 1st annual LakeFest and we raised almost $1,000 from our donation jar & t shirt sales that day!
